General terms and conditions of Rdeča Oranža d.o.o. and the use of their websites. Acceptance of terms.

By checking the “I agree to the general terms and conditions” box, providing information, and clicking the “Complete purchase” button, I am ordering a book or educational seminar or program Art of Wealth (Umijeće bogatstva) (e.g., MasterPlan) according to the number of tickets purchased at the time of purchase. I also fully agree that the event organizer, Rdeča Oranža, d.o.o. Titova cesta 2a, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia, registration number: 6152066000 (hereinafter referred to as the data controller/organizer), may use the following personal data: my name, email address, and phone number or process my mobile number for direct marketing purposes, statistical processing, conducting research, sending offers, promotional materials, congratulations, magazines, various promotional activities and event invitations, communications, daily marketing research, offer customization, segmentation, and other types of marketing and business analysis and purposes.

The event organizer collaborates with various partners in advertising and cross-promotion.

Individuals listed on the registration form have the right to access their personal data and the right to contact the organizer at the addresses provided in the registration form and these general terms and conditions if they wish to review, correct, change, or update their personal data in the organizer’s database. The organizer is obliged to prevent the use of personal data for the purpose of subscriber analysis and for the presentation of Rdeča Oranža’s products and services (unsubscribe from notifications) within 15 days and to notify the person who requested it within 5 days. The organizer bears the costs of all related actions. Furthermore, I confirm and declare that I have been properly informed of my right to access, copy, supplement, correct, block, and delete personal data concerning me in accordance with the provisions of Articles 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33 of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1) – Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/2007. I also declare that the data controller has informed me that the transfer of data is free of charge. The collected data will not be disclosed to third parties. Users who wish to unsubscribe from receiving newsletters can do so freely via the link provided in the notifications.

• In general

The general terms and conditions govern the process of registration and cancellation of a specific event prior to its execution, personal data protection, and event execution. The general terms and conditions of Rdeča Oranža d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as “the general terms”) apply to all events (seminars, workshops, conferences, and other educational and/or informational events – hereinafter referred to as “events”) and educational programs (audio and video educational programs, online educational programs, texts, slides, and other educational materials in any format – hereinafter referred to as “educational programs”) organized by Rdeča Oranža d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as “the organizer”). The general terms and conditions apply equally to all events and participants unless otherwise specified by the organizer in the context of registration for a particular event. The general terms and conditions are an integral part of every registration for any event, regardless of the form of registration for the event (in writing, through the website, by fax, or by any other means that indicate the person and event being registered for). Each person who registers for a specific event fully, irrevocably, and unconditionally accepts these general terms and conditions. The general terms and conditions of business are published as a legal notice in the currently valid version on the organizer’s website and may be amended from time to time. At the time of registration for a specific event, the general terms and conditions published on the website (see the footer of the page) shall apply.

• Registration and payment of the fee

Registration for the event is done by filling out a printed registration form, an online registration form on the website, or via email at info@umetnostbogastva.com. All registered participants receive payment instructions and the payment deadline for the specific event (including the possibility of installment payments) after registering to the email address provided on the registration form.

Participation in the event is confirmed by payment of the ticket. The organizer does not refund tickets or program subscriptions. Refunds are not possible after access to educational programs has been granted.

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend the event, you can inform the organizer (up to 24 hours before the event) about a person who will replace you. To the extent that the replacement is carried out, the ticket will be transferred to another event of similar content organized by the organizer. Educational events are organized every few months.

In any case, a person who has purchased a ticket but cannot attend the event for any reason can notify the organizer to receive a video recording of the event and speaker presentations.

In the event of force majeure (e.g., an epidemic), when authorities declare a prohibition on organized events, the event will be postponed to a later date. In this case as well, there are no ticket refunds. However, all participants will receive a recording of the event with the content and all speaker presentations. When the extraordinary situation is lifted, the live event will take place for which the purchased tickets will be valid.

• Cancellation of registration

The organizer reserves the right to reject any registration or cancel it without providing a reason. This also applies if the user has already transferred the money. In such cases, the organizer will refund the amount paid. / Cancellation by customers is only possible in writing, via email to info@umetnostbogastva.com, by substituting the registered person with another individual for the event. The organizer does not refund received payments. If a customer is physically unable to attend the event for which they have purchased a ticket, they may attend a future event instead. The organizer does not accept cancellations made orally over the phone.

• The price of the event.

The price of the event is as stated on the event’s website at that moment. The price of the event is subject to change, as also indicated on the website. The price may be valid until a specific date, after which it may change (increase or decrease), as stated on the website. All prices are exclusive of VAT. We do not refund the purchase price, but you can use it for one of the future events.

• The content of the event and educational programs.

The content of the lectures and materials at individual events, as well as the content of other educational programs (including online educational programs, audio, and video programs), solely reflect the views of the author/speaker and not necessarily the views of the institutions they are affiliated with or the organizer itself. In no event shall Rdeča Oranža d.o.o., its employees, or subcontractors be held liable for any damages (indirect, direct, or consequential) arising from the information on these pages or information obtained at specific events or other educational programs.

• Disclaimer

The organizer uses statements or other claims made by participants regarding their sales, earnings, or other results achieved by participants in the event or educational programs. This statement or other claim does not imply that you or others will achieve similar results. Earnings and results achieved by participants in the past do not necessarily predict the earnings and results they will achieve in the future. The organizer is not legally, materially, or financially responsible for the arrival, departure, or time spent at the event. The organizer is not liable for any damage or loss of property during attendance at the event.

Past performance is not a guarantee of future returns. The email or article is not an invitation, proposal, offer, or recommendation to buy or sell investments, as it is intended solely for informational purposes. Understanding all forms of risk is a prerequisite for making optimal investment decisions and choosing the type of services. Rdeča Oranža d.o.o. is not responsible for any kind of damage that may potentially arise from the use of data and information contained in this message. The sender reserves the right to errors. The organizer will not disclose them to third parties without the consent of the individuals to whom the data pertains.

• Terms of Use for Copyrighted Content

Rdeča Oranža d.o.o. reserves the right to errors on all its websites, both in visual and textual content, and assumes no responsibility for them. All information, graphical and programmatic elements (texts, sketches, photographs, video content, and similar) contained on the organizer’s website are the copyright work of the organizer and are therefore already subject to copyright protection or other forms of creation within the legally permissible framework for the protection of intellectual property. Users are granted permission to use published content solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Each individual user may use the published content only in one personal copy. Documents and content published on these websites may not, under any circumstances, be copied, transcribed, reproduced, or otherwise disseminated for commercial purposes.
