Past performance of a cryptocurrency, stock, and/or fund is not a reliable indicator of its future performance. Cryptocurrencies are complex instruments and carry a high risk of rapid financial loss due to leverage.

First, carefully consider whether you truly understand how trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, and/or funds works and whether you can afford significant losses if you decide to take on higher risks. Consult with a licensed independent financial advisor and ensure that you are prepared to take risks and have the appropriate experience and knowledge before you start trading.

The workshop organizer and facilitators, under no circumstances, accept any responsibility of any physical or legal person for:

(A) any loss or damage, in whole or in part, arising from any transaction related to cryptocurrencies, stocks, and/or funds, or associated with it, or (B) any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages. Cryptocurrency, stock, and/or fund markets are unregulated services that are not governed by any specific European regulatory framework (including MiFID).

Therefore, when trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, and/or funds, you will not be protected in the same way as clients receiving investment services under MiFID, such as access to the Investor Compensation Fund and the Financial Ombudsman for dispute resolution.

Past performance of a cryptocurrency, stock, and/or fund is not a reliable indicator of its future performance.
